Our gift certificates are sent via email. You can choose to have it sent to yourself, or directly to the recipient, with a personalised message. If you need it posted, have it emailed to yourself and you can print it out and send it in a card via the post.

How to use your gift certificate:

Enter the Gift Certificate code into the 'Discount codes' area of the cart
The value of the Gift Certificate will be deducted from the total shopping cart value
Complete the check out process as normal

How to check your balance at any time:

Click to check your gift certificate balance.
Enter the Gift Certificate code and pin number to display remaining balance.

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months and can be used multiple times until the total value has been spent.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

:	Immediately When this item actually ships depends on the shipping method you choose: Standard Shipping We'll ship it today if it's before the daily cut off time, otherwise it will ship tomorrow. On weekends or public holidays, it will ship the next business day. Courier We'll ship it today if it's before the courier cut off time, otherwise it will ship usually within the first 30 minutes of the next business day. Warehouse Pickup It's available for pickup right away if it's not a weekend or public holiday. Please ensure you arrive before close of business, otherwise you can pick it up next business day. Please note that if you add other items to your order which are not in stock in our warehouse and therefore cannot be shipped immediately, then your entire order will be delayed until all items can be shipped together. If you would like us to ship the in stock items right away and then the rest later, then please submit two seperate orders.
