The head support’s hollowed out centre and gentle contoured shape assist in preventing flat-head, by supporting babies’ soft heads and eliminating the pressure of flat surfaces for prolonged periods, which cause baby’s skull to ‘flatten’.

If left on their back for lengthy periods such as during sleep, infants have a greater risk of developing Plagiocephaly. The deformity generally develops by two months of age, yet can be prevented with the use of the baby-head-rest whenever the infant is on their back.

• The baby-head-rest is not a pillow and doesn’t lift baby’s head
• Ideal for use for infants 0 – 4 months of age, or until baby can roll
• Using the baby-head-rest from day one can dramatically reduce the risk of baby developing Plagiocephaly and the need for correct treatment, such as helmet therapy.
• If a flat spot is noticed within four months of birth, the baby-head-rest may stop it from worsening and can often correct the condition.

Washing Instructions
Do not immerse Baby-Head-Rest in water as this hardens the shape-memory foam. Cover can be hand spot cleaned only. Baby-Head-Rest can be placed in a pillowcase to be kept clean.
